Founder & Principal — Andres Betancur
After nearly two decades operating inside global sport — including Major League Baseball’s international portfolio and FIFA tournament environments — I founded Deportivo Management to bridge structured league standards with the realities of cross-border sport.
Those years shaped an execution-first mindset: align stakeholders early, reduce friction across jurisdictions, and protect competitive integrity from arrival through departure.
Today, I operate between the United States and Colombia, advising clubs, leagues, and federations on market development, team travel strategy, international competition across the Americas.

Over 20 years in global sports operations, including:
• Major League Baseball International Series (London, Tokyo, Mexico, Sydney, Taiwan, Puerto Rico, Havana 2016, Dominican Republic 2020)
• All-Star Tours (Japan & Taiwan), multiple Major League Baseball All-Star Games and World Series
• Every edition of the World Baseball Classic
• FIFA Club World Cup — Match Officials Operations (New York / New Jersey host region)
