The firm supports market development and partnerships, charter and team travel, and international team and competition operations across the Americas.
With on-the-ground presence in Colombia and experience spanning 17 countries, our work combines international operating standards with local market knowledge, relationships, and execution.
Founder & Principal — Andres Betancur
After nearly two decades operating inside global sport — including Major League Baseball’s international portfolio and FIFA tournament environments — I founded Deportivo Management to bridge the standards of international sports organizations with the realities of cross-border sport.
Those years shaped an execution-first mindset: align stakeholders early, reduce friction across jurisdictions, and protect competitive integrity from arrival through departure.
Today, I operate between the United States and Colombia, working directly with clubs, leagues, federations, operators, and local partners across the Americas.
Having spent much of my career on the client side, I understand what teams expect from the partners supporting them - and how much the details matter when performance is the priority.
